Cancellation must be made in writing per. mail no later than 3pm the day before arrival. In the event that a booking is not cancelled in accordance with this, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the booked stay.

If you cancel a booking booked via online booking portals, please refer to the conditions on the confirmation of your booking from the portal. All changes to your reservation must also be made directly via the online portal.

Yes. Please pre-book before your stay, so that it is set up in your room for your arrival. A baby cot costs DKK. 200,- pr. Stay. Please note that it is not all room types, where it is possible to book a baby cot.

Pets are not allowed at the hotel.

The hotel does not provide laundry services. However, we can refer to both laundry and dry cleaning, in Borgergade, only 600 meters from the hotel. Please contact the reception for more information.
